Ingredients -
- 400g desiccated coconut
- 395g condensed milk
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- Extra coconut for coating
Method -
- In a bowl add your 400g desiccated coconut, condensed milk and lemon extract. mix until fully combined
- Grab 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, place the ball into your extra coconut and coat the outside.
- Place on a plate or tray and refrigerate for 2hrs before serving.
